In this time of the virus era, a strong body immunity is very important to lessen the risk of getting contaminate by the corona virus. The basic needs of the body for the immunity is good food and exercise. Some say that vitamin C is also a factor likewise with ample rest and sleep. But in all those mentioned, the exercise is the most difficult to do and it is understandable that most of the reasons is the lack of time.

The exercise is not necessary to be in the gym for a good workout. Even in the home, doing push ups aside from the warm up of stretching and bending will do you good especially when you sweat even a little. Exercise can give you the energy that you will need for the daily grind. You will not feel lethargic and always alert.. That is the essence of exercise, for the energy.
