For those who cannot do the regular workout the suggestion is to take an after dinner walk. It will help in the digestion and depending on the distance that you have covered the walk can also help in losing weight or at least maintaining the weight.
When I do my after dinner walk I always do it slowly at first and on the second half of the distance I make it a bit faster so it would have an effect on the energy that I need. Walking gives me energy, you know.
