Good questions and love your animation. You are so talented.
I try to stay in the background and observe to see what will happen
with different situations. Silence is definitely golden.
I have to agree, observing and silence is the best respond in some situations but not all.
Often, things could improve with some communications. 🙂
Lack of communication has always been my biggest problem here.
I guess its for many of us. And I believe some really did abandoned the ship … but oh well …
We are still here, paddling along together. 🙂
