The NFC North Division is home to the longest rivalry in the National Football League (NFL).  This new NFL season will be the 100th season.  The Chicago Bears and the Green Bay Packers have played against each other at least one time in all one hundred seasons of the NFL.  This rivalry still continues to be strong as it is past down by fans from generation to generation.  Nevertheless, the Minnesota Vikings and the Detroit Lions have long histories as well even though Chicago and Green Bay are the two oldest teams in the NFL.
