This marina is right next to Auckland’s Harbour Bridge and it’s really huge. Some million or billionaires own boats here and they aren’t all from this country.
However, not all of these people are in that category – for some it’s their main home and all they need to pay mooring fees.
I’ve often seen an affordable boat on Trade Me, a NZ website and considered living on one of these but if a storm comes from the tropics, you can’t sleep easy at night.
