I named this one wackiest barker, because it scared me. It actually still barked at you when you walked by it.

So it still works when it scares you. This is my choice.
Yes, it barked at me. Three little ruff ruff ruffs. I jumped and almost screamed. Then thought wow, it still works. The coyotes around here steal toys, dog toys, golf balls and odd things.
