Roast Pig ~ A Must Have for Cubans and Filipinos Celebrating Christmas. (3/18)

I was introduced to this tradition by my Cuban friends.  I won’t roast a pig myself, but I’m not going to lie … I won’t refuse a piece if it is served to me at a holiday dinner.  This might not look appealing but the smell and the taste are irresistible.  Unless, of course, you’re vegan or vegetarian or you don’t eat pork.
