Health reasons might be a factor.

That is a true statement since I would not go out and tell the people that I would not want a straight parade in my city like actor Chris Evans who played Captain America is doing to keep his name in the funny papers. If people do not like my Marvel Studios put downs, I will handle it.
there are too many parades to begin with. used to be, to get a parade you had to land on the moon or win a war…

One reason I had to change the name of my original character Isthmus Squirrel to Isthmus “Panama” Squirrel due to Squirrel Girl being on Marvel even though she is not as famous as Iron Man, Thor and Captain America.
Isthmus Squirrel sounds legally distinct to me. Do they have similar powers to the Marvel character?
Since I do not want to be sued for being a copycat on titles, I just make some cosmetic changes.

That is what I have noticed that song titles or titles of movies are used in art work even though it does get a change in the title like “Band On The Run” was called “Banned On The Run” from a Wordgirl cartoon title.
