This provincial capitol at Isulan is one of the best capitols in the Philippines that I’ve admired the most. It is a Muslim capitol and they have a statue of Sultan Kudarat, their patronized hero who fought way back during the Spaniards invasion. It is said that atop this capitol has a hangar for chopper.
