Barbacoa Tacos from Tres Salsas of Lubbock, Tx. (1/1)

I want to submit my currently favorite pood picture of a barbacoa taco from a local food truck (Go Tres Salsas!) 

They put cilantro and onion on it, even though I asked for no onion but I just picked it off myself and this thing was soo tasty it was worth the trouble!
