All of the larger words (words other than a, and, the, etc.) should be capitalized. You should also make sure that the title is not too long. Ten words or less is usually a good rule of thumb.
A title must have is good sentence structure, and capitalization. (1/3)
These are interesting rules, i think ee cummings would argue this first one.
