To the left of the stadium is the sports and business building Spens, opened in 1981, a school example of modern architecture in the late 70s. In recent years, it has been devastated due to low standards and expensive rent, so many outlets are empty, but pools, skating rinks, concert halls are working full-time, for the simple reason – the only ones in the city.
