Halloween Decorations in My Neighborhood from Years Past (2/4)

Halloween 2016 #4 (2016-10-22 14-33-33a)

I thought this was the best one I saw in 2016. The only thing I would have done differently would be to fill some of them with helium so they floated above the ground. It would also be great if they glowed in the dark. I saw this in the daytime, obviously, so maybe they do.
