With PowerPoint, I made a stack of several rectangular fields as a black and white background for the arrangement of the shirt. I put the pictures of the shirt in a number of positions that matched the effect I was expecting.
The background will also be used as a template for the text to be placed. After the arrangement is complete, save as picture.
