Men who can not survive this domination will take any road out once the pressure becomes impossible to survive.
To avoid murdering his Owner he might run away and live on the street or with someone else, severing all ties with her and the children ( if there are any.)
Sometimes he will begin an affair with one of her friends who will happily take him when his Owner flings him out, and thinking he’s a prize, treat him better than his previous owner.
Sometimes he will commit a crime so as to be incarcerated, for 1st World prisons are almost dormitories in his world. For him, jail is preferable to living with his Owner, for at least he has some freedom of speech, at least he may be able to gain some sense of self.
Of course, there are men who can accept being owned.
