Perhaps he may be communicating on Facebook when she, becoming aware he is talking to someone, demands he perform some task. If he doesn’t instantly log off, it will lead to an argument.
“So, I your wife, need you and you are banging away on Facebook?” her voice is loud, she keeps repeating herself, going on and on, and he knows to simply shut the computer and obey.
If he doesn’t, she will continue her bleat, she will punish him. Perhaps she’ll take away the computer, end Internet access, do something which proves he is property, not a person.
She doesn’t have to physically assault him to abuse him. She Owns him.
And Not every man can manage being owned.
