In one of the preliminary UFC bouts from the Target Center in Minneapolis, former Alabama Crimson Tide football player Eryk Anders knocked out Vinicius Moreira in the first round.  After reversing a takedown by Moreira, Anders gained top position.  However, he let Moreira get back up, but Moreira forgot to protect himself on the way up.

Kaboom!  Always keep your hands around your head during a fight.
