Where Are the Birds?

Often, the birds perch in the rose bushes as they make trips back and forth to the bird feeder.

Unfortunately, the branches were mysteriously empty this morning. Not a bird to be seen.

The bird feeder is usually quite busy the morning following a snow. Where could they all be?
