This is the first walking meetup in autumn 2019. I stayed home all day, although I had other plans for some morning errands. By 5 pm, I noticed it was dark outside already. It looked like nighttime. But I decided to change anyway for an evening walking meetup. It was cold outside, which felt nice and refreshing. Only six people showed up. I was dressed warm with knit hat, knit scarf, warm gloves, and old jacket.
Later, I noticed I walked around 4.6 miles, 10, 370 steps, and 5 floors, from 6:15 pm to 8:40 pm. I returned home and changed my clothes. I was tired, thirsty, and sweaty.
I relaxed at home, drinking hot cocoa and eating dried apricot paste.
