October Heat Wave in SoCali

I decided to take the trash out early today for Friday morning trash pickup. When I opened the garage door, I felt intense heat. I thought this damn heat wave was over. But, apparently, I was wrong. When I returned inside, I googled the weather, and noticed it was 98 degrees Fahrenheit. I went for a walk in the afternoon, around 5 pm, and it was better, but still warm. I think tomorrow is supposed to be 93 degrees. I am not sure if I will go to the walking meetup.

I continue reorganizing certain areas. I still need a little bit more to do. I also continue to do my lymphatic massages of my legs, feet, arms and hands with lotions and oils as well as witch hazel. I am also taking a lot of vitamins as well as making sure I stay hydrated. I did a little bit of yoga poses at home.

I wonder when this heat wave will finally end.
