Des Plaines River at the River Trail Nature Center (2014-06-17 11-15-28a)
The photo was taken at the River Trail Nature Center, 3120 Milwaukee Avenue, Northbrook, Illinois (Cook County).
I used a Nikon Coolpix P7700 camera with a Hoya circular polarizer to take the photo. Then I used Luminar 1.0 to apply the ‘Detailed’ preset and added the following filters: Polarizing Filter, Accent – AI Enhancer, Foliage Enhancer to adjust the hue in the leaves, and Top and Bottom Lighting to lighten the sky a bit and darken the foliage.
