Sometimes it is the little tiny things in life that make a very large impact. This is going to sound silly, and still it makes me very happy today.
My family loves Mexican Wedding Cookies. It is not that they are hard to make, but rolling all the balls really hurts my hands. But today, while I was getting sidetracked and not doing what I was suppose to be doing, I found a treasure.
I found a recipe to make them in a pan and cut them into squares. Now I know someone will complain, and that is alright. If they taste good I don’t care what shape they are. So I am going to check my ingredients and give them a go today.
It really is the little things that thrill me.
