North of Acapulco, Mexico, is made sustainable resort Playa Viva, with apartments on a tree, surrounded by palm trees. House of 65 m² is designed detur Culsign. It is made of bamboo, just six months from the first design to the first customer. Solar energy provides electricity and hot water, bamboo and wood blend with the environment. The living room is outdoors, a bathroom on the ground floor. The upper part of the house for bed, with a double bed and a hammock for two people – perfect for viewing through the open cylinder on a private beach. The complex occupies 115 hectares and includes the mouth of the river, Aztec archaeological site, a sanctuary for turtles and coastal forest ecosystems.
