Payments

Hi there I joined the site back in November of last year and wondering how payments works. I have not got anything in my paypal as of yet . Do I request for payout or is it automatically paid out. If so when does it normally hit your paypal. With all the changes since I have joined the site it is read hard to understand there rules is it does not seem to change this all of the changes it has done since I joined last November.  Do they just send you the total amount earned or is there a way to save it up and redeem it at an amount you would like at the time. Most sites I have worked on like this one always had a redeem tab or it was automatically redeemed on the same day of the week or month.  Please let me know what you have seen.
