Monument to Peter the Great in Moscow, in the center of Moscow, near the mouth of the River Moscow and the water supply channel 1997 is set around 1000 tons of weight (about 600 tons of steel, brass and copper), 98-meter-high monument to Peter the Great. The monument was done Georgian artist Zurab Tsereteli on the occasion of the three hundredth anniversary of the Russian Navy, which was established by Peter the Great.
