The number one goal today is to be happy and keep a great attitude whatever may come. I don’t know how I came across this. I do know it made me smile. And I am going to get my 10,000 steps with a smile, work with a grateful attitude, smile with intent, appreciate all I have and feel and share joy.
(I think perhaps that should be a goal everyday – however I am not there yet.) Someday it won’t be a goal it, someday it will simply be who I am every day.
