The day started out interesting with the phone call and it kind of went south from there. So to avoid making toxic statements and infuriating everyone in my home, I have decided to put on my headphones and get moving. Today I am going to get 10,500 steps. It’s time for me to physical and get my head and mind facing in a different direction. I am putting together a playlist that will motivate me and move my frustrations into exercise and getting something done.
