Since 1996. Communist Party of China was built in this village near Shanghai. Huaxi Village, also known as the richest village in the world, consists only of luxury villas. There are no poor little houses, there is nothing that is not a luxury. Residents are not allowed to leave their villages or to speak with the media, and many of them do not speak definitely not interchangeable. Getting out of the village means that you lose all the property, and that of any population is about 100 to 150 thousand dollars. No one knows where the money, how it is acquired, but it is believed that the Communist Party did its job before some 50-60 years.
