Castle Eltz (German: Burg Eltz) is a medieval castle located in the hills above the Moselle River between Koblenz and Trier, Germany. He was still in possession of the same family (family Eltz) who lived there in the 12th century, 33 generations ago. Bürresheim Castle, Castle Eltz castle Lissingen only castles on the left bank of the Rhine in the state of Rhineland-Palatinate, which were never destroyed.
A simply magnigicent fairy tale castle. What I would not give to be able to go and visit it, let alone simply live in it….Very pretty picture of a magnificent architectural feat…
