I needed to visit the Post Office this morning, so I decided to knock the workout out a lot quicker in comparison to the previous ones which were mostly near noon. My sole purpose this time was to focus on my form which was not that bad now that I have the gist of things.


I took my time with, the checkmark in particular because it was the main exercise I struggled with during my introduction to yoga for weight loss. Instead of rushing through the movements I did them slowly in order to fill the burn, but once it came down to, the rectangle I started giggling which agitated my abdominal muscles and I ended up cramping slightly, lol. Oh, the joy!

- The pinwheel

- 100 jumping jacks
- 30 Push ups
- 30 Reverse crunches
- 20 Bicycle crunches
Oh boy! My hamstrings are very sore from previous workouts. And I really felt it while doing the forward – back, and the line exercises.
