Mr. Cheap spent his life trying to avoid paying taxes and making sure his ex-wife wouldn’t get her hands on his property.
He put a lot of property in the name of his girl friend’s mother; thinking he was so clever. He bought companies and put his secretary’s name on as Owner.

He was so pleased with himself.
Then he died.
His girl friend’s mother got the property, his secretary got the companies, and his children got nothing.
He never meant to leave his children out; he always thought he had time to ‘regularise’, but didn’t.
Just to save a few dollars on taxes, or have to give his ex-wife a piece of his property had driven him into this disaster.
