In order to attain absolute perfection, we all have certain flaws and weaknesses that we need to either eliminate or strengthen within ourselves. Identifying the flaws is the first step. The final step is to change your routine so that those flaws move into the background instead of remaining in the forefront.
One way is to evaluate what mistakes you made in the past so that you do not make those mistakes again. Another way is to build up willpower and resistance against those triggers within your brain that lead to negativity.
However, the best way to make a positive change is to help somebody. Helping somebody else takes the focus off of oneself and puts the focus on meeting the basic needs of others.
