Spaghetti carbonara with smoked beef


  • packing spaghetti (best “barilla”)
  • 200 g smoked pork sausages
  • 1-2 cream
  • basil
  • olive oil
  • Sea salt

Method of preparing

The spaghetti to boil in water with the addition of olive oil and Morse salt thereof, is filtrated and added to the prepared dressing.

Dressing: heat a little olive oil in a pan and add the chopped sirloin cubes, fry a few minutes, until golden brown. Take care not to overdo, because it will be too hard. When golden brown, lower the temperature, add one or two heavy cream and mix for a few minutes, until thickened. Towards the end add basil to taste. They can be added, but usually does not have to, because the sirloin salty enough.
