Slavic cake is a traditional Serbian cake. It’s done when celebrating. It is customary for the housekeeper to bake the cake, which the priest then refreshes, sprinkle with red wine and breaks every family member present per piece before lunch.
The rite of celebrating the glorious glory in the Serbs is unthinkable without the symbol of the sacrifice of gratitude to God for salvation through Jesus Christ – Slavic cake.
The cruciform crushing of the cake symbolizes Jesus’ suffering, and the overflowing with black wine means that we are cleansed of our sins by the blood of Christ.
Looks like a delicious cake.
