HK Style Egg Tart

I quite like to have these as snacks or more commonly for breakfast.

It’s sort of a custard tart.

It’s best eaten fresh after coming out of the oven accompanied with a cup of tea or coffee.

There’s another variant called the Portugese egg tart which is pretty tasty as well.
