This weekend, I got my days messed up. I thought yesterday was Sunday, the 10th, and when I woke up today, I thought it was Monday, the 11th. As I was working on my Monday schedule, I realized at noon that today is actually Sunday, 10th. Yesterday, I still made it to an afternoon event at 4 pm, even though three people showed up, and we stay there for one hour because it was a slow day.
While browsing on my instragram page, I noticed a smoothie recipe I wanted to try out.
Just place two cups of almond milk, 1/2 cup of kale, 1/2 teaspoon of hemp seeds, 2 handfuls of spinach, 1 frozen banana, 1 teaspoon of ginger, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, 1 tablespoon of raw honey or agave, and 2 tablespoons of collagen protein in a blender. Blend on high. Serve over ice. And, maybe even a metal or glass straw…
