Have you ever seen Wild Jungle Mango? According to wikipedia, this Jungle Mango ONLY found in Borneo
It is botanically known as Mangifera Pajang Kosterumans.
It has thick skin, so it is not a problem if you store the fruit for up to one week
How about the taste? Well it taste a little bit like typical mango, but this one with another unique fragrance
The texture? it has more course fibre.
The local people would mix this jungle mango into cookiing or dishes, like Belacan, Sambal and so on.
