If you read my posts you know that I am a big fan of my doctor. She finds solutions and truly cares about our health individually and as a family. She has been experimenting with changing our diets and medications to see if we can come up with better solutions.
So the first thing we introduced into our diet was simply red cabbage. We juice it. We added it to salads. We saute it. Those are the three things we have tried. We do at least one of those every single day. What we have noticed most is the inflammation was reduced. My brother’s hip was not nearly as swollen. My ankle is not swollen at all. My husband hands moved better. (He could use scissors.)
So now I am a believer!
I will continue to share the things we try and how successful they are or are not. I hope it helps others to reach out to professionals and look for better solutions.
