The weather was mild today. I decided to go to the gym. I walked a different treadmill trail. I did 9 laps of the 400 m trail for 30 minutes, burning 222 calories. Then, I went on the stationary bicycle, cycling 4.71 miles, for 30 minutes, in which I burned 77.1 calories. During the beginning of my stationary bicycle, I got 132 HR and by the end, I got 116 HR.
I went inside the steam room for a couple of minutes, before sitting in the sauna. Then, I came home.
I need to change up my workout so I don’t get bored.
