Today, I started my day with a gym workout during the morning. But I mostly did one hour of Rumba and relaxing inside the steam room and sauna. I didn’t feel like going on the treadmill this morning because I have a walking meetup this evening. And, I need change and variety in my workout to make it more interesting.
I returned home at noon.
Then, at 5 pm, I got ready for the Woodbridge Walking Meetup. 10 people showed up. The weather was nice this evening. It wasn’t cold. I ended up walking 5.3 miles, 4 floors, and 12,261 steps.
Then, I was back home at 8pm.
