It has been a rough couple of days in my world. Things are not getting better any time soon. So the only thing that I can do is to change my attitude and my perspective. That is the only thing I have control over. So most of the time I turn to music and movement. (Some people would call that dancing, but what I do is more moving than what you call dancing.)
I have a question for you. When things are not going well in your world, what do you do to adjust your attitude? Perhaps we could learn a few things from each other.
I think Tony Robbins put it best when he said “Emotion is ruled by motion” When I’m overly stressed I need to move- dance, run, walk a couple miles in the woods, any of these will help. This too shall pass Trenna SUe and ultimately you’ll be stronger for it.
