This Youtuber rides his bicycle in NYC, going to Madison Square, Washington Square, and Chinatown on Friday. People are enjoying the park with their family and friends. It looks like people are trying to enjoy their spring day in NYC.
This is how Woodbridge Lakes and Woodbridge Center look like now, when I go on the Friday walking meetups.
Meanwhile, back to the video and NYC, this video states a DOT employee had stated the construction work was ordered by the Mayor.

It is getting dark, maybe around 7 or 8 pm, as he continues his journey through NYC, moving through construction and some street litter. Is that the Empire State Building flickering red light tip, which looks satanic, although he stated it looks like tainted vaccine.
He states that all over the world, the streets are being dug up. I notice the same thing here in OC area, in California.

(I added a snapshot of Woodbridge Lake area in OC, California, where goose and duck families are enjoying their springtime picnics together. I wish I had some birdseeds with me to give them. There were many people hanging out together with their own picnics and groups, but I think the ducks and geese with their fuzzy babies looked cute together).
