Today’s weather was beautiful, sunny and warm 80 degrees weather. I went to the gym, but mostly did stretching and strengthening class as well as relaxing in the steam room and sauna.
Then, at 6pm, I walked across the street for the UCI walking meetup. Only 7 showed up, but it was a good walk. I ended up walking 4.6 miles, 12,959 steps, and 12 floors for two hours.
I returned home and watched some videos.
