You can’t change people. People don’t change. They are who they are.  A modern empath such as myself, cannot be any less sensitive. I cannot feel any less than I do. I don’t ask to know things. I simply know. My intuition is what drives me. I know people’s intentions. I can feel them. I always know. Not everyone listens.

When I listen to music, I don’t just hear it. I feel it so much that I swim in it. I enter another world. This has always been the case for me. I enter the world of the author of the song, the artist that sings it, the musicians that play the music.

I enter that energy realm, and feel every emotion as my own. Feeling other people’s emotions is a paranormal ability. People can have compassion, and care, but an empathic person feels the emotions of another in their body. The energy we pick up on is felt at every level.

Because of this strength that I have, I know I am a target to certain individuals. The narcissist is one of them. They like to target people with more compassion, and empathy than they possess. The narcissist believes they can manipulate an empath. They only believe this so long as their ego tells them to. They feed off of other’s suffering in order to constantly feed their egos; like a vampire.

Likewise, when I meet a good person. I can feel it. I know it. If they are like me, empathic, I can sense it. This is not a difficult task if you listen to your intuition. The more you listen to your intuition, the stronger it gets. Just because a narcissist may see me as weak, doesn’t  mean I am. Being empathic is a paranormal ability. This ability makes me stronger, not weaker.

If you are conscious, or woke, you will know the difference between an authentic person and a fake friend. If you are driven by your ego, then you only care about the image you project onto others.

You may be with the wrong person, for example, simply because of their job, the status that his/her job brings to your relationship. Don’t make this mistake. Don’t be driven by a false sense of self. Your ego is not who you really are. The energy you project, the energy you connect with, is who you are.
