There are times when Children attempt to abuse their parents. I am not talking about the old or infirm parents who are battered by their children, but Parents who are made to feel guilty.
Children who are wise, drip this in small doses at particular intervals.
It takes some intelligence and some artistic planning, but many kids have been able to keep their parents feeling guilty and constantly trying to please them until they are parents..
Of course, many are a bit clumsy.
They try too hard, they misread, and the result is a happy, (from the parent’s view) estrangement.
Running away from home is not just the province of children, parents often do this to escape the abusive child.
