When a Woman escapes an abusive relationship, if she is wise, she will not lock herself away, but casually date. Date, but not get involved with another man. Having casual meetings with men who do not attract them, who they can never love, is the wisest method.
Those who avoid relationships entirely might find themselves never able to engage in another, hence the casual dating is important so as to put other people and events between herself and the abuser.
