Off The Train

More often than not, people mistakenly think that only men can be narcissists.  Chances are, you know a narcissist, who hides right under your nose.

They are easy to spot once you know the signs.  Not only will they invalidate you, (anything you say or do), but they will fail to even acknowledge you.

They are so completely consumed with their own image, and meeting their own needs, that no one else matters–not even their children.

Just as you would clear out the clutter from your home during spring cleaning, it is important to detoxify your life from all the clutter you will uncover throughout your lifetime.

Whether it is your co-workers, boss, relatives, friends, or significant other, you need to spot the narcissist, and remove it from your life.

This is important to remember, especially during this Lent season. Getting rid of the individuals who no longer serve your higher purpose is indeed a divine act.

Self-care, and self-love are the most important things you can do for yourself. Think of this process as a gift you give to yourself, after the season of gift giving to everyone else ends.

A virtuous person knows himself/herself, so that others cannot use this against him/her.
