Jomo is a 3rd World Man who was ‘purchased’ by Gerta, a 1st World Woman.
She exposed him to all the things he never could afford and offered him a 1st World Life.
He had cold feet before the wedding, but, he went through with it.
Shortly, she exported him to her country where he couldn’t work, speak the language, and was totally dependent upon her. Yet, at t first he enjoyed living the rich life, but over time he began to realise he was her puppy.
There was no way out.
He didn’t have the money to go home, and had no home. He owned nothing, had no job, he was stuck.
