NEVER GIVE AN ABUSER A SECOND CHANCE – 123

Where the wives of Norman sit down, and go over the relationship as painful as it was, they see the ‘clues’.

They see how, for example, in the nascent relationship, he ‘broke it off’ and she cried.

If she hadn’t cried,  if she’d shrugged, said, “It’s a good idea”, and never saw him again, he would never be able to abuse her.

But she hadn’t seen the trick, she didn’t pick up the clue.

During the early part of the marriage when he made her cry, again, she should have connected the dots, that her crying gave him pleasure.

But she didn’t.

When she stopped crying and he attempted intellectual abuse, she should have said; “Aha!”  and left.

But she didn’t.
