Anton recalled how Candy dumped him.
He could vividly see the scene she made which resulted in his being summoned to the Manager’s office. He entered and was told that either he accepts the transfer or he will be fired for ‘inappropriate conduct’.
He accepted the transfer, went home to tell his wife.His wife seemed poised for this, for she wasn’t going anywhere with him.
She knew about the affair and told him to take his things and get out. Told him to run off with his girlfriend! But Anton didn’t have a girlfriend. Not anymore. Candy had dumped him. Dumped him before his wife.

Poison Candy won! She captured a married man, then threw him under the bus before his wife got the broom.
